Johnathon, aka Johnny, was born and raised in Dargaville.
He has a background in silviculture and has over 5 years’ experience thinning, planting, pruning and spraying. His long-term goal is to complete a Diploma in Forestry Management.
Johnny is an honorary Fisheries officer and a member of the Te Kopuru Volunteer Fire Brigade. When time allows, he enjoys hunting, duck shooting, bee keeping and surf casting. When the work is done, he likes to put his feet up and enjoy a well-earned beer.
