Tracey plays a key role in managing NFM's Health, Safety and Environmental functions. Her responsibilities include maintaining management plans, overseeing databases and incident reporting systems, coordinating training programmes, and facilitating internal and external audits. She also manages client and contractor documentation.
Originally from Great Barrier Island, Tracey enjoyed an active outdoor upbringing and has always appreciated the natural environment. She completed her final year of schooling at Kerikeri High School and, after spending several years away, returned to Kerikeri in 2016.
Outside of work, Tracey enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and keeps fit through tennis and squash.
